Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize existing data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
