About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and build Flodo AI's mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.
2. Actively participate in brainstorming and prototyping new features. We expect you to push back, suggest better alternatives, and help shape the product roadmap.
3. Go beyond translating mockups. Use your creative judgment to build fluid animations, intuitive transitions, and pixel-perfect interfaces that delight users.
4. Seamlessly connect the frontend with our backend services and databases (Python, PostgreSQL, AWS), taking ownership of how data flows to the user.
5. Establish early engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and clean code standards for the future engineering team.

3. Proven ability to manage complex state, handle tricky logic, and optimize performance in applications, regardless of the specific framework used.

4. A keen eye for user-centered design. You care about typography, color schemes, and how a user feels when interacting with your software.

5. Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

6. You don't wait to be told what to do; you find problems and fix them.

7. Solid experience with Flutter and Dart to hit the ground running on our core app.

8. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and coding experience across platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, HackerRank, or similar websites.
