About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
2. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
3. Integrate REST APIs and backend services
4. Ensure high performance and smooth UI/UX
5. Build and enhance key features such as job search, candidate profiles, employer dashboards, messaging, notifications, and location-based job discovery
6. Optimize app performance, reduce memory usage, and improve responsiveness
7. Identify and fix bugs, and perform unit and integration testing to ensure app stability across devices
8. Collaborate with UI/UX designers for mobile-first design and with backend developers for seamless API integration
9. Participate in product planning and feature discussions

1. Strong technical skills in mobile application development

2. Proficiency in Flutter and Dart

3. Knowledge of REST API integration

4. Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics)

5. Familiarity with Git version control

6. Understanding of mobile development principles

7. Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices

8. Understanding of responsive layouts and cross-platform design

9. Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (Android/iOS)

10. Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.
