Software Developer

Introduction

The Cloud Developer is a key role in the growing and dynamic IBM Automation organization. As a developer for Cloud Pak System(CPS) product, you will be focused on development and support of CPS and interfacing with product management, development teams across locations, and end users, to solve complex problems. You may have leadership responsibility of tracking work for 1 or more people and giving them technical direction.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Overall 8+ years of Industry experience
• Understanding and good working experience on Java, Groovy, Python, shell scripting
• Linux troubleshooting skills
• Able to diagnose, isolate and perform problem resolution in complex system.
• Working knowledge on Storage, Network, compute, DB and REST services
• Design applications, write code, test, debug and maintain Software Applications across various platforms and technologies.
• Individual will be required to provide Production 24/7 coverage (if required) and support weekend implementations.
• Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementation
• Excellent Communication skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organisational skills are required
• The ability to work as part of a group and as well as independently
