Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models to solve business problems within the Payments domain.
2. Automate customer care processes through AI-driven solutions.
3. Implement L1 query resolution systems using advanced NLP and LLM techniques.
4. Utilize and integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and OpenAI APIs for chatbot development.
5. Conduct model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation to optimize performance.
6. Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text understanding and generation.
7. Work with cloud-based ML platforms, specifically Vertex AI and the Google Cloud ML stack.
8. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enhanced AI responses.
9. Design and develop automation workflows and contribute to feature engineering.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
