About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP framework)
2. Develop and customize HRMS modules such as employee management, attendance, payroll, leave, performance, and onboarding
3. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal systems and third-party integrations
4. Develop backend logic, workflows, and automation for HR operations
5. Manage and optimize databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including migrations and complex queries
6. Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control for HR systems
7. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance for sensitive employee information
8. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
9. Collaborate with HR, product, and front-end teams to understand business requirements
10. Debug, test, and maintain existing HRMS applications
11. Manage deployments, version control (Git), and server environments
12. Prepare technical documentation and support system enhancements
13. Integrate WhatsApp API, SMS, email, and other communication tools within HRMS workflows

Skills required:

Java, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel, React, REST API and Amazon EC2

Other Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) development

2. Proven experience working with WhatsApp API integrations

3. Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization

4. Experience with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

5. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

6. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
