As part of our Cloud Integration Team of data scientists, AI engineers, program managers, and scrum masters, you’ll contribute to transforming Oracle into an industry leader in AI. Our integration team collaborates closely across functions to seamlessly connect enterprise platforms, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure the reliable flow of data throughout Oracle’s AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-based enterprise applications using modern AI tools and technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation [RAG], Managed Cloud Platform [MCP], Large Language Models).
• Apply classical AI techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, Monte Carlo simulations, and Bayesian blending.
• Participate in system planning, scheduling, and implementation for enterprise-scale AI applications.
• Build new product features and/or enhance existing features to automate complex business flows and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance in a cloud environment.
• Contribute to best practices for development, testing, and deployment of AI applications.
• Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between Oracle’s enterprise systems, applications, and services to enable seamless data exchange
• Deliver different integration application using Java Microservices, SOA, ICS etc along with developing Ui using VB Studio, Apex.
• Proactive Support and maintenance for any SR or bugs - also monitor and resolve those SRs.
• Monitor, scale and stabilize any application in cloud integration platform.
  
  
  

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI (e.g., Python, Java).
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Oracle Cloud AI services).
• Practical experience with enterprise software development, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and global team environment.
• Ability to work on Java Microservices along with VB Studio for front end development. Knowledge in Integration tolls like SOA, ICS, VBCS and PCS etc will be plus.
• Working experience in SQL\PLSQL for Oracle Database.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI, software engineering, or closely related fields (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered).
• Hands-on knowledge of common AI techniques, including machine learning methods and statistical modeling.
• At least 2 years of experience in Java Microservice, Database.Working experience in REST API, SOAP Service, VB Studio.
  
  
  

• Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
• Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, or other advanced modern AI tooling.
• Prior work with cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) a major plus.
• Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
• Expertise in Microservices, Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, OSB, Databse
