We’re building a modern AI health agent (B2C) and a diagnostics stack and need someone who can own B2B ELT integrations , connecting lab software with existing systems (our internal product + Meta APIs), and making data flow clean, reliable, and production-ready.
If you like shipping fast, solving real problems, and building systems that actually get used daily this role is for you.
Role Overview (What you’ll do)- Build and maintain ELT pipelines for B2B lab integrations (extract → load → transform)
- Integrate with internal product services and Meta APIs
- Develop backend services using Python + FastAPI
- Handle API integrations: authentication, rate limits, retries, pagination, webhooks/callbacks (where applicable)
- Ensure pipelines are reliable with idempotency, deduplication, validation, error handling
- Work with MongoDB for data storage + integration workflow state tracking
- Deploy and operate services on AWS
- Add clean logging + monitoring so issues are easy to detect and fix
- Strong Python fundamentals
- Hands-on backend development with FastAPI
- Working knowledge of AWS (deployments, permissions/IAM basics, logs/monitoring)
- Experience with MongoDB (collections, indexes, query patterns)
- Comfort with production debugging + handling failures gracefully
- Experience building B2B integrations (SaaS integrations, partner APIs, data sync systems)
- Familiarity with lab/health workflows (LIMS, test orders, reports) — not required
- You can independently take an integration from “spec → working pipeline → stable production”
- You enjoy messy real-world data and fixing edge cases
- You prefer ownership and speed over slow bureaucracy
- Direct ownership of critical integrations (your work will impact real customers fast)
- Startup environment: fast execution, minimal red tape
- Remote-first team and clear deliverables
