Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend systems using Python and Django.
• Write production-quality code.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for product features.
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs.
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Design LLM workflows and agent-based automation.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL schemas and queries.
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship quickly.
• Participate in technical design, estimations, and planning.
  
  

• 2+ years of backend development experience with Python and Django.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs.
• Understanding of prompting, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.).
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Knowledge of database indexing and query optimization.
• Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product environment.
