Work days: 5 Days a week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Scope of work:

We’re looking for a Software Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and eager to contribute to a global, collaborative team. As an independent, self-motivated problem solver, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish, while mentoring junior developers along the way. You’ll play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade software solutions using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL. What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-volume web-based SaaS applications that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements and introduce new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database layers).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features, focusing on security and scalability best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure the timely delivery of features.
• Conduct unit testing and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality.
• Support the development and integration of microservice architectures and cloud-based applications.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in full-stack development, specifically with high-volume SaaS platforms.
• Should have extensive experience and Proficiency in ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Should have extensive experience in developing secure and scalable REST-based APIs.
• Should have experience in development using REACT and HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, utilising Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based development.
• Proven experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Git for version control and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on scalable, secure solutions.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
