About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. AI platform & API integration:
1. Integrate, maintain, and extend world's leading artificial intelligence APIs
2. Build new AI-powered features - conversational flows, avatar interactions, voice, and automation
3. Optimise prompt pipelines, manage token usage, and control API costs across providers
4. Handle error handling, retries, fallbacks, and rate limit management

B. Mobile app development:
1. Convert the existing PWA into a performant mobile application (React Native or Flutter preferred)
2. Ensure full feature parity on iOS and Android
3. Implement push notifications, offline support, and native device integrations

C. Frontend & backend engineering:
1. Build responsive, accessible UI components using React or Next.js
2. Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js or Python/FastAPI
3. Manage deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
4. Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, Firebase)

D. Collaboration & ownership:
1. Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas for new AI-driven features
2. Write clean, documented, and maintainable code
3. Proactively flag issues, blockers, and risks to the team
