About the Role
We are looking for experienced Software Developers to join our growing team at TANDEMLOOP. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and experience in building robust software applications. You will be working on a variety of client and internal projects in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and product quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript/Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or similar technologies
• Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work from office (Bangalore) on a full-time basis

Additional Information

• Fixed salary of ₹40,000 per month
• Full-time role, work from office in Bangalore
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days)
