Hiring Software Developer Intern (MERN Stack) at DualGro

DualGro is a tech startup on a mission to lead India’s freelance market, and we’re seeking an experienced Software Developer Intern with MERN Stack expertise to drive our platform’s development.

This isn’t a typical internship, we need skilled hands to join our small, high-impact team and work directly with the founder to build and sustain our web application. We’re looking for candidates from Coimbatore who can commute daily to our office opposite KMCH and bring real-world experience to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain our MERN-based platform (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), delivering features, debugging issues.

2. Optimize the web app for performance, security, and scalability to support DualGro’s growth.

3. Contribute to operations by attending online/offline meetings.

4. Partner with the founder and AWS intern to execute technical strategies that keep DualGro competitive and sustainable.

Who You Are:

1. 2-5 years of experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), including building and maintaining production-level web applications.

2. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality code.

3. Comfortable communicating with clients and teammates, with basic proficiency in tools like Zoom or social media.

4. Able to commute daily to our office [Opposite KMCH].
