Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Software Developer Trainees who are eager to build a career in Tally Development using TDL (Tally Definition Language). The trainee will receive hands-on training in TDL programming, Tally Prime customization, report development, integrations, debugging, testing, and client-specific software solutions. Based on performance, technical competency, and business requirements, candidates will be offered a Full-Time role as a TDL Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop applications using TDL (Tally Definition Language).
• Assist in developing and customizing Tally Prime solutions based on client requirements.
• Create and modify reports, invoices, vouchers, masters, menus, and business workflows.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist in developing integrations between Tally and third-party applications using XML and APIs.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of TDL applications.
• Support implementation, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Fix bugs and enhance existing TDL customizations.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and development reports.
• Coordinate with Functional Consultants and Implementation teams during project execution.
• Maintain proper version control and documentation of development activities.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and learning sessions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Tech, BE, MCA, Diploma in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and logical thinking.
• Strong interest in software development and Tally customization.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, XML, or APIs will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
