Role Overview

We are hiring a Software Engineer – AI (Python) to join our team and contribute to our core platform initiatives, including backend development, data pipelines, and AI-driven features.

As a fresher, you will receive guidance and mentorship while working on real-world problems such as:

• AI Agents
• AI-driven product capabilities
• Knowledge graph engineering
• Natural language interfaces
• Data mapping, transformation, and integrations

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend services in Python.
• Work with structured and unstructured data.
• Support integration of AI-driven reasoning into product features.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and platform teams.
• Write clean, testable code with guidance from senior engineers.
• Learn to design reliable and scalable backend components.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong fundamentals in Python programming.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON workflows, and data models (academic or project experience acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Good debugging/problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to pick up new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Nice to Have

(Not mandatory — a plus if you have any of these)

• Experience with AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based projects (college or personal projects).
• Exposure to graph databases or graph-like structures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Interest in automation and AI-driven systems.
• Knowledge of authentication concepts (OAuth2, OIDC).
