We build with AI tools every single day. We will know if you used one to write this application. Write like you talk. Grammatical mistakes are fine. Spelling errors are fine but please don't use ChatGPT to write your application.

What we are building

Everyone will have a personal agent. A doctor, a gym owner, a designer, a store. Their own agent, in their voice, on every channel their customers are on. 91agents is how they get there.

The role

This is not a job where you get tasks and disappear. You will work directly with the founder from day one, be inside product decisions, and have real ownership over what ships.

The right person here is sharp enough to take a problem and run with it, and honest enough to say when they are stuck.

Contract to start. Prove yourself, this becomes full time or even more.

What you need to know

• AI agents. Not the theory. The actual building. Context engineering, memory, tool design, when multi-agent makes sense and when it does not.
• OpenClaw and nanobot ecosystem.
• Node.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI
• Postgres, SQLite, Docker
• At least one payment gateway end to end. Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe.
• Windsurf, Claude Code, Codex or similar. You should be 3x faster because of these tools.

Not Suittable if

You need a ticket to start. You disappear on weekends. You have never shipped an agent. You want stability over growth.

Apply if

You have shipped something real with AI agents and want to do it ten more times this year. You get energy from building, not from meetings. You think about what to build next even when nobody asked you to. You want to be part of something from day one, not join after it is already figured out.
