Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop robust and scalable back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Create and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security using MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation in the development process.
- Skills on Java Spring Boot, Angular, PostGreSQL or other relational databases are good to have.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years of experience in full-stack development (customize based on experience level).
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with additional frameworks or libraries (e.g., Redux, GraphQL).
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
