Responsibilities

ROLE - DEVELOPER

4 to 5 years expereince in UI\UX, JAVA and SOA skills

Develop features as per CD and digital practices and within agreed timeline

Ensure all CD L3 practices implemented (BDD, TDD, Review, JIRA, Monitoring etc.)

All code review completed by leads and review comments included on time

Ensure all features are tested in INT, HOM and UAT along with BA

Zero quality issues in developed feature and maintain tech debt at

Contribution to transversal initiative/s like tech chapter, tech guild

Explore new idea, technology and make impactful contribution

Impactful contribution across projects in BL

Build maturity from Front end to being a full stack developer

Project + Delivery Excellence + Efficiency

Participate in the requirement discussions to come up with clear understanding of

Estimation

Impact analysis

Testing strategy

Alerting

Monitoring

Auditing

Performance

Participate in sprint planning

Pick stories and estimate them with minimal guidance from team members

Aim at functioning autonomously

Aim at contributing towards code review

Ensure awareness of all features at FBM level

Test coverage - 95%, Healthy exchanges of comments on code

Participate in testing INT\HOM wherever possible
