Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Design and implement new features and solutions for existing and new software products.
• Participate in agile sprint planning, proactively removing blockers and delivering on commitments.
• Build scalable web applications using ReactJS, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS.
• Apply a security-first mindset across development activities and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous learning.
• Drive continuous improvement across architecture, processes, DevOps, and hosting strategies.
• Advocate for high-quality, secure, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and user experience.

Experience Requirement:

• 4 - 9 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Angular, React, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable full-stack solutions in Agile environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and understanding of DevOps practices.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and deliver high-quality code in collaboration with product and UX teams.

Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation.
