About the role:
We are seeking Software Engineers with 1-2 years of experience from any technology background to join our Go-To-Market Systems (GTMS) Team at Samsara.If you're passionate about technology and eager to learn and work with Salesforce, this role is a great opportunity to apply your engineering skills while expanding your expertise in one of the most widely used enterprise platforms.
We are open to candidates with experience in any modern technology stack. You will receive training on Salesforce development as part of the role.
You should apply if:
- Are eager to learn Salesforce and work on business-critical systems in GTMS.
- Want to work on scalable solutions for enterprise customers with real-world impact.
- Are excited about AI-driven automation and integrations in GTMS workflows.
- Have experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development and are willing to apply those skills to the Salesforce ecosystem.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 1-2 years of professional software engineering experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in any modern programming language. Prior Salesforce experience is not required, but you must be open to learning it.
- Must be based in Bengaluru. Relocation assistance is not provided.
- Must have a growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in the Go-To-Market Systems (GTMS) team.
An ideal candidate also has:

- Has a builder mindset!: We want to see that you have built or worked on production applications on your resume. Experience with Salesforce or a willingness to learn Salesforce is required.
- Knows their stuff!: We want engineers with 1-2 years of experience in any modern technology stack.
- We are looking for candidates who find excitement in building systems that impact global businesses and streamline Go-To-Market operations. You'll work on Salesforce-based solutions that enable our teams to drive revenue, improve customer success, and automate critical processes.
- Thrives in an enterprise software environment! You'll be working with high-scale GTM systems and complex integrations that require a solid understanding of backend development, API design, and system scalability.
