Position Description: We are seeking an experienced IBS ERP Specialist/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBS Enterprise ERP (release 6.42) and related modules, with a focus on rental, service, warehouse, and distribution processes. You will collaborate with solution architects, system developers, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support ERP solutions that ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability across enterprise operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

ERP Expertise & Business Support

• Serve as discussion partners for key business stakeholders.
• Provide deep knowledge of rental and service processes.
• Deliver ad-hoc and structured reporting based on business requests.
• Conduct acceptance and regression testing for system changes.
• Manage training and handle change requests from business users.
• Offer 2nd and 3rd line support for IBS Enterprise and related applications.
  
  

System & Application Management

• Maintain and support IBS Enterprise (release 6.42) modules: Rental (custom-built), Service (customized), Warehouse & Distribution, CDM, Asset Management, Project, Finance (archived), Data Interchange, XT UI, JobCon, SECUR.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements.
• Support Abakus (Cramo Field) application setup and operations.
• Manage integrations with SAP, e-commerce, depot apps, Handyman, PIM, Xtellus 360, and other platforms.
• Oversee invoice distribution processes, XML file handling, and electronic invoicing corrections.
  
  

Platform & Technical Operations

• Operate on IBM Power systems with IBMi OS (AS/400, iSeries).
• Utilize 5250 terminal emulator and commands for job/message handling.
• Manage DB2 databases, SQL queries, and DFU corrections.
• Perform test environment refreshes and FTP transfers between servers.
• Deploy program changes to production environments.
  
  

Specialized Competencies by Role:

• Solution Architects: Deep system architecture and business knowledge; functional and business solution design.
• System Developers: RPG programming, CL scripting, debugging, XT-UI development, database expertise, deployment management.
• Integration Specialist: Expertise in OAGIS standards, SAP IDOC mapping, functional solution architecture for One Finance and One Fleet projects.
• Technical Architect: XT-UI customization and technical solution design.
• Application Specialist: Adobe AEM forms development, printing, digital signing (SignPOS), server management.
• Test Lead: Release planning, test leadership, Jira/Confluence administration, workflow design, automation, backup handling.
• Audit & Compliance Specialist: IT audits, year-end/start activities, authorization and user account reviews in IBS.
  
  

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Senior ERP knowledge (IBS Enterprise, SAP).
• Strong rental and service process expertise.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, XML, and electronic invoicing.
• Strong database and SQL skills (DB2).
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Audit and compliance management.
