Primary Responsibilities

- Working on Daily incidents and close the tickets with in SLA
- Monitoring daily intake claims till the payments made to provider
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on SSMO (support and Monitoring activities)
- 3+ years of technical experience in java, Python, Public Cloud - AWS
- 2+ years of experience with ITSM activities
- Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira
- Hands-on experience in supporting and production monitoring and attending War rooms, ITSM activites, with JAVA, AWS, GIT, CI/CD Tools and Application Monitoring tools like Splunk
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Good knowledge on SQL queries and should able to write medium to complex SQL
- Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Proven excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Proven good communication and presentation skills
- Proven good attitude and self-motivated
- Proven ability to generate and interpret reports for usage and activity
