About this Role
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Contribute to front-end development using modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS
- Work with relational databases to design efficient data models and queries
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools such as GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Collaborate in DevOps and cloud environments to support application deployment and operations
- Engage in agile delivery practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models
- Use tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and system changes while sharing knowledge within the team
Who you are
- Possess strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and front-end technologies such as ReactJS or AngularJS
- Have experience working with relational databases
- Bring 3+ years of overall industry experience, including:
- 3+ years in Java backend development
- 1+ year of DevOps or cloud environment experience
- Demonstrate familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, and Confluence
- Have experience working within agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- Show a proactive approach to learning, knowledge sharing, and adapting to evolving systems
- Hold a degree in B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, or MSc (Computer Science)
- (Preferred) Certifications in SAFe Agile, AWS DevOps, or Java, and exposure to Kafka or caching technologies
