We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Backend Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team at Vinz Global. You will be working from our Baner, Pune office on a high-impact product platform for one of our key global clients.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Backend Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team at Vinz Global. You will be working from our Baner, Pune office on a high-impact product platform for one of our key global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and manage scalable event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
- Integrate and deploy microservices on AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Good understanding of Apache Kafka for event streaming and messaging
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Proficiency with databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
