Software Engineer - .NET full stack

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to analyze project, product, and platform requirements
• Design and develop scalable, high-quality applications using Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, WCF, and Windows Forms
• Build and maintain REST APIs and modern front-end solutions using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and XML
• Review and contribute to application, information, and integration architecture, including technology stack selection
• Develop database solutions using SQL Server and implement data integration workflows using SSIS
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and enhancements using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain version control using GitHub
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues with a deep technical approach
• Actively contribute to application modernization initiatives including migration, decommissioning, and system consolidation
• Conduct planning and analysis sessions to define strategies for application transformation and optimization
• Prepare business case documentation with cost estimation and technical impact analysis
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex) to improve development productivity and efficiency
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions and applications where applicable
• Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders, teams, and clients
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively apply them to improve solutions
• Work in Agile environments and support both development and production support activities

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of overall experience in analyzing, architecting, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft technologies
• Solid hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, WCF, Windows Forms, and REST APIs
• Experience in front-end development using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and XML
• Experience with SSIS for data integration and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (GitHub)
• Proficiency in SQL Server for database development and query optimization
• DevOps & CI/CD Skills
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
  • Understanding of build, release, and deployment processes
• AI & Modern Tools
  • Experience in using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, etc.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for improving development productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare domain
• Experience in migration or modernization of healthcare platforms
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns and application transformation
• Proven exposure to AI/ML application development
