About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and FastAPI to join our engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and APIs. This role demands deep technical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend systems and services using Python and FastAPI.
• Architect and build scalable APIs, microservices, and backend components with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop asynchronous systems and implement multithreaded solutions where applicable.
• Design and optimize data workflows, pipelines, event-driven systems, caching strategies, and queuing mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Utilize Python frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch for model integration when required.
• Build rapid prototypes and dashboards using Streamlit, and generate insights using visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Demonstrate strong ownership of features from concept through production, with a focus on clean code and best practices.
  
  

• Strong experience in Python (enterprise application development).
• Excellent working knowledge of FastAPI.
• Proficiency in building, testing, and maintaining APIs and microservices.
  
  

• Expertise in Python frameworks and libraries, including PyTorch.
