Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead development and architecture of a comprehensive React-based web application
• Implement modern, scalable, and testable UI components
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers
• Build customer-facing features for seamless cross-border financial transactions
• Set and uphold high standards for code quality and frontend best practices
• Contribute actively to code reviews and mentor other engineers
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve performance and scalability
• Monitor and resolve production issues proactively

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Frontend Development with scalable architecture
• Experience with TypeScript and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, UI Development, and Product Design
• Familiarity with tools like UI PATH (optional/nice-to-have)
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and production support skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
