Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Business Partners to understand customer challenges and design viable solutions.
• Implement CI/CD practices and utilize tools such as GIT, JIRA, and Confluence for effective project management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work with third-party dependencies and manage dependency conflicts effectively.
• Participate in Agile planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Provide excellent customer support and manage escalated technical situations with strong leadership skills.
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails for building scalable web applications
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Web Services for enterprise-level solutions
• Familiarity with GCP and cloud-based application development
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like GIT
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve dependency conflicts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer support skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation practices

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
