Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of shared responsibilities: Encourage collaboration and shared ownership among team members
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery: Ensure the delivery of prioritized projects and defect remediation, providing periodic status updates in scrum calls
- Collaborate with QA: Work with QA to improve the performance of the production environment
- Drive root cause analyses: Collaborate with teams to conduct root cause analyses for and ensure peak season readiness
- Identify opportunities for proactive monitoring: Look for opportunities to implement automated monitoring and alerting
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Full time graduates can only apply
- 2+ years IT experience in a software development environment
- Experience creating stored procedure, database views, triggers, indexes
- Experience in incident and problem management
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Clear and demonstrable understanding of Object Oriented Programming and distributed system architecture
- .NET, C#, ASP.NET
- Ability to troubleshoot production defects
- Solid technical knowledge in Microsoft .NET and related technologies
- Customer-focused software applications development
- Effective communication skills, including in an interdisciplinary environment
- Solid written communication skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in web services, Web Api, RESTful services, microservices and API security best practices
- JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3, HTML5, AngularJS
- Understand the concepts and best practices of DevOps and modern CI/CD
