Overview
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Expertise in Power BI, with strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases (especially Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL).
- Experience with other Microsoft tools like Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), and Azure Data services is a plus.
- Strong business orientation, able to connect analytics work to its direct impact on business performance.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Exposure to Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platforms.
- Experience with predictive or prescriptive analytics (basic machine learning exposure is a plus).
- Background in working with cross-functional teams in dynamic business environments.
