- Able to create, build, and test applications with the desired quality and in a timely manner with sufficient guidance or support from Senior Engineers
- Comply with / Follow the architectural & design guidelines, coding standards and best practices in the Engineering updates.
- Sustaining - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate with various applications & systems.
- Technical & programming skills like in .Net, Angular/Typescript, VC++, NodeJs, Javascript, SQL etc. Should be able to upskill in a few weeks in the technologies that are currently already in use at CenTrak.
- Understanding of software design patterns.
- Effective communication (verbal, written and must be clear and convincing and not just respond to specific questions) skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Should work in Scrum teams, must fully comply with the Definition of Done guidelines.
