Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features and integrations for Unosecur.
- Ship large features and improvements confidently and with minimal guidance.
- Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team.
- Review and share feedback on code, features, technology, architecture, and designs.
- Translate business requirements into a software design; communicate the designs to the other developers in the team.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of programming experience.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
- Experience in building scalable distributed systems, ideally scaling products from 0 -> 1 and 1 -> 100
- Preferred experience with our technology stack - Typescript, Python, React, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them.
- Proficient in ground-up problem-solving, especially in areas that are novel to the industry.
