Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in file systems, storage, and cloud technologies to contribute to our data protection solutions. Ideal candidates possess a strong sense of design and the ability to drive projects from concept through to customer delivery.

In This Role, You Will:

• Be part of the Customer Focus Team of the Data Compliance Business Unit, working on the Information Governance product line.
• You will handle Customer Issues, working with Support, Product Management and other Engineering Team to solve real-world production issues requiring code/design changes.
• Analyse complex problems and propose effective technical solutions to meet product and service requirements
• Refine, design, and implement software components aligned with technical specifications
• Tackle sophisticated challenges that require deep analysis of various factors and dynamic problem-solving
• Exercise sound judgment in choosing appropriate methods, tools, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders across different technical domains.
  
  

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Good understanding of file systems, storage solutions, cloud technologies, and current industry standards and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality product components with a focus on implementation
• Proficient programming and debugging skills in C++, C# and/or Java, JavaScript, AngularJS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
• Strong grasp of API development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX operating systems is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Graph API is a strong advantage
• Understanding of cloud-based IaaS/PaaS architectures and microservices design is highly desirable
