Role Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our product development team. You will work on end-to-end feature implementation, system architecture, performance optimization, and integrating third-party tools. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coding skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to implement intuitive features.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to build robust APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices (unit testing, documentation).
• Monitor and debug production issues and continuously improve system stability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a software engineer (startup or SaaS experience is a plus).
• Proficient in at least one backend language: Python (preferred), Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with Django/Flask or REST API development.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React is a plus).
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to caching, Redis, or performance profiling.
• Interest in DevOps or infrastructure automation.
