The Opportunity

As a Software Engineer you will utilize knowledge and experience to deliver high quality software meeting the requirements & quality standards. You will work technical members within & outside team to own development & QA milestones for assigned work items. You will also have responsibility to post-release ownership to address new enhancement, performance finetuning and maturing the releases features. You are adept at both new feature development and troubleshooting releases features to improve & refine them as per customer experience & feedback. You will have opportunity to showcase your skills as full-stack developer and work on Microservices based Cloud Native application development & deployment.

You Are Great At

• Produce high quality code according to design & requirement specifications
• Utilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defects
• Take ownership for end-to-end functional stories assigned, working with Leads & PM to clarify requirements, outline implementation and ensure QA sign-off.
• Work in Agile mindset to deliver incremental value, keeping consistency in contribution and meeting the quality & plans
• Collaborate with different teams & engineering stakeholders to learn and grow with team.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3 - 5 years of enterprise product development experience
• Strong OOD and Java programming and debugging experience is required
• Strong hands-on experience in application development using Java/J2EE, SpringBoot, REST API, Relational DB (preferred PostgreSQL), Hibernate/ORM and Apache Tomcat-based deployment.
• Frontend experience in Angular, BackboneJS, Marionette, Javascript, HTML5, CSS and similar technologies.
• CI/CD skills using gradle, maven, Jenkins and similar toolchain.
• Experiences in database design, development and fine-tuning performance & refactoring.
• Good understanding of performance and security aspects of software development
• Experience working with Cloud AWS deployment and Docker, K8S, Helm and related CloudNative technologies.
• Good Communication and Team skills.
