Do you love designing scalable systems, writing clean APIs, and building backend infrastructure that can handle serious scale? Do you enjoy owning systems end-to-end and shipping fast in a high-impact environment?

We’re looking for a backend-leaning Full Stack Developer who is strong in system design, APIs, and data flows, while being comfortable collaborating with frontend teams. If you enjoy solving complex backend problems and building reliable, performant systems, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

🧠 Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
🛠 Develop and maintain robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) that power user-facing products.
📊 Work with databases, background jobs, and async workflows to support high-traffic applications.
🔐 Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (JWT, role-based access, etc.).
⚡ Optimize backend performance, reliability, and scalability.
🤝 Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and design teams to ship features end-to-end.
🔍 Debug production issues, write tests, and ensure system stability.
🚀 Continuously improve architecture, tooling, and engineering standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of professional experience in backend or backend-leaning full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend application logic.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with authentication frameworks (JWT, session-based auth, etc.).
• Familiarity with system performance, scaling, and debugging production issues.
• Basic working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) for collaboration—not heavy UI work.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and clean coding practices.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions effectively.
