This function is responsible for product support, incident management, managed operations and the automation of processes. The team has successfully incubated and mainstreamed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a practice, to ensure reliable product operations on a global scale. Plus, the team is actively pioneering the adoption of AI in operations (AIOps) and recently launched AI-driven self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences.

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer (Full Stack) with experience in understanding the Front end & Backend Technologies enabling to maintain comprehensive web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining both client-side and server-side components of web applications ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Applicant should have the working knowledge on integrating & troubleshooting the API components that connects frontend and backend components, thereby ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application. Applicant should be well versed with designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, developing automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to design, develop, test and maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft and other similar frameworks and technologies.
• Develop, Integrate & Maintain APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application. Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Implement functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing. Identify, document, and track bugs using a defect tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Service Now).
• Validate UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and functionality across different screen resolutions. Identify browser-specific issues related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web applications. Perform API testing using tools like Postman. Implement test automation for browser-based UI testing to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Python or similar frameworks and Ready API. Implement and complete automated test cases for web, mobile, and API testing. Set up and maintain test automation frameworks. Analyze test results, identify failures, and troubleshoot issues in automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in C# and .Net Framework, Web APIs Debugging, Troubleshooting skills.
• Development web APIs in JSON and troubleshooting them during Production issues
• Hands on experience in manual and automation testing. Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, and Postman.
• Working knowledge of database technology such as SQL, Oracle , DynamoDB. Basic Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is a must.
• Knowledge of version control tools like GitHub, VSTS etc. is a must.
• Exposure to ticketing tools like Service-Now, JIRA etc..
• Experience in working with cross functional teams.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Service Now, VSTS).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC and bug life cycle.
• Experience with API testing using Ready API (REST/SOAP) and database testing (Oracle, MSSQL).
