Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultation and guidance to development team members.
• Lead teams or projects of high complexity.
• Conduct feasibility studies of new and modified business requirements.
• Gather user requirements and document them in detail.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and end users to ensure technical compatibility.
• Work with the development team to clarify user requirements and conduct system testing.
• Prepare test plans and test cases, and assist in UAT execution.
• Design, code, and debug modelized applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using open-source technologies or cloud-native services.
• Ensure adherence to DevSecOps practices and develop CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply SOLID coding principles and clean code practices in daily development work.
• Any frontend experience, such as micro frontend or React development, will be a plus.

Experience Required:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend application development.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using Docker and Kafka.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions on cloud platforms like GCP.
• Exposure to container orchestration using Kubernetes and big data tools such as Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of cloud ecosystems such as AWS and programming in Python is desirable.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and implementation following DevSecOps best practices.
• Skilled in applying SOLID principles and writing clean, maintainable code.
