Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI.
• Architect and optimize MongoDB databases for high availability and performance.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with frontend and external systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues, ensuring high system reliability.
• Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Python development.
• Hands-on expertise with FastAPI for building fast, scalable web applications.
• Proven experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting (3 days/week onsite).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to join within 30 days notice period or less.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Exposure to cloud-based deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in rapidly scaling backend services for enterprise-grade products.
