CACTUS is looking for a Software Developer to work with our Technology Team who can support, design and develop the business requirements of our Medical Communication Team for the provision of internal/external web application services. To deliver an effective support and maintenance service for identified business applications.
Responsibilities

Our selection process typically involves an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical assessment, and two to three interview rounds. For this role, you will have 2 technical interviews followed by the HR Business Partner round. All interviews will be done virtually on MS Teams.

CACTUS is looking for a Software Developer to work with our Technology Team who can support, design and develop the business requirements of our Medical Communication Team for the provision of internal/external web application services. To deliver an effective support and maintenance service for identified business applications.
Responsibilities
- Adherence to development policies, processes and internal systems update.
- NET / NodeJS to design, develop, and implement complex websites and internal/external web applications.
- Design, develop, and support solutions that integrate with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements.
- Identify automation opportunities within business processes and implement solutions using appropriate tools and platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Logic Apps).
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices.
- Coordinate with users and stakeholders to understand the requirements.
- Analysing system issues and problems and implementing solutions rapidly, formulating/using design patterns wherever applicable.
- Managing and meeting project milestones.
- Demonstrate and suggest better solutions to all the existing functions.
- Support the current system in terms of solving bugs and issues.
- Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Software Development.
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central development, configuration, or integration.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar).
- Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Experience in ASP.NET / MVC / C# .NET / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / REST / OData.
- Knowledge of TS frameworks (Angular, React etc.).
- Experience in using Visual Studio Code and GIT.
- Experience working with the AGILE methodology.
- Self-management and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Good to have SQL knowledge.
- Should know 3-tier architectures.
