What You Will Do

At Volvo Group India you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. As a Software Engineer, you will be developing and maintaining the .NET/.NET Core and COTS applications to support production of Volvo trucks and it's components. You will be collaborating with different stakeholders like users of the applications, process developers, product owners etc.

Your future team

CPA Manufacturing - Supply & Distribute - Internal logistics' GMHS (Global Material Handling Systems) is a supply chain portfolio, handling material flow in Volvo factories producing Trucks and it's components. It is a globally accepted collection of applications in Volvo world and is part of MTM(Manufacturing Target Map). Applications are developed using mainly .NET and Angular apart from many other modern technologies.

The Essential Qualifications Listed Here

• 4-5 years of expertise in C#/.NET/.NET CORE with knowledge how to work with the SOLID principles
• Service Now and handling maintance tickets.
• Microsoft SQL language
• Messaging frameworks such as IBM MQ and Web API
• Debugging and tracing to find root cause of the issues.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
• Experience in working in a distributed team
  
  

• Angular.
• CI/CD, Azure devops, Git and GitHub.
• Usage of AI tools in right way for better productivity.
• writing and using unit tests
