Software Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can quickly become productive in a cross-functional product team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning across the stack and is comfortable working on both frontend and backend tasks.

You will work on real product features, collaborate closely with senior engineers, and contribute to building reliable, maintainable systems.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web application features across frontend and backend
• Implement UI using Angular and modern web standards
• Build and integrate backend services using Node.js
• Integrate applications with cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and SDLC processes
• Participate actively in:
• Sprint planning
• Code reviews
• Bug fixing and production support
• Continuously improve technical skills and understanding of the product
  
  

Skills and Experience | Essential

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
  
  

• Good hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with Angular (components, services, modules, data binding)
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI
• Backend exposure using Node.js
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with AWS fundamentals, such as:
• EC2, S3
• RDS
• Lambda
• Understanding of version control systems using Git with Bitbucket
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Strong debugging skills
  
  

• Coding Practices & Refactoring
• Experience with Cordova based plugin.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (Preferably Agile)
• Working experience with Database (Preferably Couchbase or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline using AWS Code Build.
