Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django, building scalable backend systems
- Proven experience in designing and building REST APIs, including third-party integrations
- Good understanding of prompt writing and LLM workflows (prompt engineering is mandatory)
- Role composition:
- ~80% Backend Engineering (core development, APIs, integrations)
- ~20% AI/LLM work (prompt design, agent workflows)
- Experience or strong interest in working with AI agents and LLM-driven applications
- Prior customer-facing experience is a plus
- If not, the candidate must be comfortable engaging with customers
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor are essential
- Backend-first engineer with curiosity and hands-on exposure to AI/LLM use cases
- Comfortable translating customer requirements into technical solutions
- Clear communicator who can collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams
