Software Engineer

Overview

We’re hiring a backend-leaning software engineer (1–2 years experience) to join our early-stage startup building for agent-native companies.

If you like moving fast, taking ownership, and building real systems (not just polishing tickets), you’ll feel at home here.

What you’ll work on

1. Building and scaling backend systems for AI agent companies
2. Working with agent workflows, orchestration, and usage data
3. Integrating with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
4. Designing APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools
5. Shipping features end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment

Tech stack

1. Backend: Python, Go, Node.js
2. Infra Integrations around AI/LLMs
3. Use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to move fast

You don’t need to be an expert in all languages but you should be comfortable picking things up quickly and using AI tools to maximize productivity.

What we’re looking for

1. 1–2 years of hands-on software engineering experience
2. Solid backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, async systems, debugging)
3. Good understanding of AI agents, agent workflows, and LLM ecosystems
4. Experience building and maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
5. Comfortable using AI tools to write, refactor, and ship code faster
6. Self-driven and proactive
7. Strong ownership mindset you take responsibility, not just tasks
8. Ability to move fast and adapt in a startup environment
