Who are we looking for?

Technical Skills

• Good understanding & hands on exp in Golang.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Golang, build RESTful and/or gRPC APIs with proper versioning, authentication, and error handling
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (pods, deployments, services, config maps, secrets)
• Good understanding of virtual machines, hypervisors, and VM-based workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams if any dependencies.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in development, staging, and production environments
• Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Good understanding of systems domain, storage preferably.
• CI/CD pipeline & Jenkins knowledge would be an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to handle stakeholders and make infrastructure decisions that align with business goals.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to negotiate with customers effectively.
