We're becoming an AI native company

This is the core bet, so we'll say it plainly. Spur started as WhatsApp automation. It's becoming a full AI agent and helpdesk product, where the agent handles conversations, resolves tickets, and runs marketing with minimal human touch. Building great AI agents sits at the center of our roadmap, not off to the side as a feature.

AI native is also how we work. We expect you to use AI and automation aggressively to ship faster, write better code, and kill busywork, the same way we expect our product to kill busywork for customers. If "leveraging AI to make boring businesses print money" gets you fired up, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll do

You'll work directly with the founders (Rohan and Royal) on:

• Architecting and scaling our core systems, from infra to customer-facing features
• Building and shipping AI agents that resolve support and drive revenue for real brands
• Launching new products from zero, like our upcoming Shopify app
• Designing APIs, integrations, and internal tooling that keep the platform easy to extend
• Keeping everything reliable and secure as we grow 10x to 100x
• Setting up engineering practices, tooling, and culture from the ground up
• Hiring and mentoring the next few engineers once we're ready to scale the team

You might be a great fit if

• You've owned meaningful chunks of a product before, 0 to 1 or 1 to 10
• You're comfortable across the stack, or hungry to get there
