Software Engineer

Overview

About the Role:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling technology solutions that meet client and business requirements.

You will work closely with other developers and product managers to write clean, high-quality code and support application development from analysis to final deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and configure software applications based on business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understand business drivers impacting performance and deliver software to meet those expectations.
• Participate in peer code reviews, utilize Git/GitHub for version control, and assist in application deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical coding experience).
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, databases, and algorithms.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
