About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our engineering team. If you are early in your career, a recent graduate, or a fresher looking to build real-world software products, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will work closely with our core engineering team to design, build, and maintain features across our platform. You will receive mentorship and guidance to help you transition from academic concepts to production-grade engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement new product features.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Identify, debug, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
Learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and best practices as required by our product roadmap.
Who You Are:
You have a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
You are eager to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior internship experience or personal projects built using modern web technologies (such as React, Node.js, Python, or Go) is a plus, but not strictly required.
Eligibility & Education Preferences:
Experience: Open to freshers (0 years of experience) or candidates with less than 1 year of formal experience.
Education: A degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a closely related engineering field.
Preferred Institutions: Candidates graduating from premier institutions—including IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, and NSUT—will be highly preferred.
