Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience working on Enterprise Products (on-premise and SaaS) and who can develop solutions that serve the business needs. Ideal candidates possess a strong sense of design, problem-solving, and communication, as well as the ability to bring solutions to life from start to finish.

In This Role, You Will:

• Be part of the Customer Focus Team of the Data Compliance Business Unit, working on the Arctera Information Governance.
• You will handle Customer Issues, working with Support, Product Management, and other Engineering Teams to solve real-world production issues that require code or design changes.
• Analyse complex problems and propose effective technical solutions to meet product and service requirements.
• Refine, design, and implement software components aligned with technical specifications.
• Tackle sophisticated challenges that require deep analysis of various factors and dynamic problem-solving.
• Exercise sound judgment in choosing appropriate methods, tools, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders across different technical domains.
  
  

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Proficient programming and debugging skills in C, C++, C# and/or Java, JavaScript, AngularJS.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality product components with a focus on implementation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Good understanding of file systems, storage solutions, cloud technologies, and current industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
• Strong grasp of API development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX operating systems is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Graph API is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of cloud-based IaaS/PaaS architectures and microservices design is highly desirable.
