Software Engineer – Cloud LMS, AI Tools & Web Systems

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

· - Develop, customize, and optimize cloud-based LMS platforms (feature enhancement, APIs, plugin development).

· - Integrate AI tools (chatbots, content generators, recommendation engines) to improve learning outcomes.

· - Manage server infrastructure, including setup, migration, performance tuning, and security on cloud platforms like AWS .

· - Maintain and enhance company websites (WordPress/custom) for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.

· - Work collaboratively with content, design, and product teams to launch new features.

· - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across backend and frontend.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· - 2–3 years of experience in full-stack web development.

· - Solid understanding of cloud-based LMS architecture and functionality.

· - Strong knowledge of AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, NLP frameworks, LangChain, etc.).

· - Experience with server management and migration using AWS

· - Proficiency in website management (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS).

· - Experience with REST APIs, Git, and DevOps workflows.

· - Strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive and creative mindset.

Preferred (Bonus):

· - Exposure to Moodle (basic understanding is sufficient).

· - Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI, H5P, and education technology standards.

· - Experience in building dashboards or analytics for learning platforms.

· - Awareness of security best practices in edtech systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
